January 2008: We are making available a
limited number of trial EuroNetting accounts for qualified companies who are
interested in trying out EuroNetting prior to entering into a longer term contract:
- Each trial account has access to the full set of EuroNetting functionality.
- Subject to initial review, there are no restrictions on the number of
participants and users you can set up in the account. Data set up in a trial
account can be carried forward into a licensed account.
- We will provide normal training and advice on optimizing your netting
configuration, import and export interfaces, and reporting setup. We can provide
assistance in importing static and transactional data from another netting system
(we have helped migrate many of our existing clients from other netting systems).
- Usage is restricted to normal activity related to setting up and operating a
netting system by employees of your company; no access to third parties is
permitted.
- The normal test period will last up to a maximum of 90 days, after which you
may choose to continue with EuroNetting by licensing the service; otherwise the
account will be disconnected and any data stored in the database will be deleted.
- EuroNetting will retain the right to terminate a test account before the 90
day period has elapsed if it is not being used, or is being used contrary to the
purpose and terms of the test account.
Requests for a trial account will be reviewed and accepted according to
test account availability, your company profile and our review of your netting
requirements. To get started, please send a request by email to
sales@euronetting.com, containing the
following information:
- Company name
- Primary contact person; name, address, telephone and email address
- Intended location of your netting center
- Projected number of netting participants and number of invoices and other
cashflows that will be netted each cycle
- A brief description of required netting functionality (if known), including
any special features such as invoice matching, dispute management, custom data
interfaces or reports
- If you are already using another netting system... reason for
trying another service, e.g. special features required which are not available
with current netting system, service levels, etc.
A EuroNetting representative will contact you to discuss the request.
Accepted test accounts are normally set up and activated within 48 hours. |
