In December 2008, we selected Terremark's purpose-built data center in Miami
to become the primary hosting provider for online delivery of EuroNetting,
taking over from our twin data centers that had been operating in Chicago and
San Jose since 2003. Terremark Worldwide

in multiple locations across the U.S.

EuroNetting contains an optional interface to Unified Software's
BankVal International web service, for validation of BIC codes. BIC codes are required in some of the more detailed
payment export interfaces built into EuroNetting for execution of outgoing payments settling net positions
at the end of a netting cycle, and using Bank Val to validate BIC codes prior to remitting payments can help
ensure payments are processed swiftly and acurately.

comprehensive set of outsourced treasury and financial services for corporations and
